Operations Coordinator
Christina Kae
Her work sees her provide project support and travel support to contractors across the Hyphen network working on engagements. As well as driving the contractor vetting and offboarding process, she serves as a primary point of contact for professionals concerning travel and accommodation arrangements and assists our Finance team by preparing cost and expense reports.
Christina will also help with data analysis, quality control and other back-end processes that will help us to further enhance the contractor experience.
Armed with exemplary organisation and customer service skills and a very adaptable member of our A-team, Christina is a key part of our external stakeholder-facing Operations team. She works closely with Operations Manager Olgierd Syczewski and Operations Support Coordinator Eliza Korzeniewska.
Christina previously worked for Rome Business School, where she was an International Admissions Advisor between September 2022 and December 2023. Prior to this, she worked for American healthcare company Kaleida Health for four years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University at Buffalo and a master’s degree in food studies from the American University of Rome.
