Dr. Erhan Ermis
Erhan heads our work towards professional service clients as well as privately held companies and selected public sector clients in MENA. He additionally leads Hyphen’s Partnership Network. He is based in the United Arab Emirates and Turkey.
Before founding Hyphen, Erhan orchestrated business incubation initiatives, where he brought together strategists, product managers, designers, marketing specialists, legal teams, tech-gurus, etc. to found client businesses. He remains active in the start-up space as an investor. Prior to that, he was with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for eight years, where he ran multiple critical strategy and large-scale transformation projects across geographies, particularly in Europe and the Middle East. Additionally, he oversaw BCG’s recruiting operations in the Middle East and coached during various training programs. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (distinction) from Boston University.
