Lilas El Moughrabi

Lilas is Hyphen's Senior Associate, having joined us in February 2023. 

Working as a generalist, her duties are wide-ranging and cross-functional as she works across several departments. She provides important support to our Business Development team when it comes to staffing and proposal writing. 

Lilas, who is based in Dubai, is also helping us to build the Hyphen of the future by aiding our A-team in getting our corporate infrastructure ready for further growth. 

She reached the position of Senior Growth Associate during her 18 months with the Middle East restaurant industry procurement startup Kaso. Lilas also has a degree in industrial engineering from the American University of Beirut.
