Michael develops, builds and implements structures and processes together with Hyphen’s clients, enabling them to navigate through and position themselves in fast-paced, complex environments. This is particularly relevant to organizations that see the need for transformation but are fundamentally unsure how to enhance customer centricity, speed and cost-efficiency. Michael brings in extensive experience as a co-founder of neon, the first Swiss “pure” mobile bank. He is a highly demanded speaker on digitization and fintech topics in Switzerland. Michael has a vast network in the Swiss entrepreneurship ecosystem. Prior to neon he worked for Strategy& and UBS. He holds a Bachelor and a Master in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
