Client Partnerships Associate
Rusudan Topuria
Rusudan is one of our Client Partnership Associates, working to maximise the impact of the service offering we provide to our clients. Her duties cover the entire lifespan of an engagement and she brings her extensive collection of skills to every project.
Her involvement starts when we prepare documentation and presentations for our clients, continues through expert calls and extends through projects as she supports senior leaders and serves as a key liaison with our partners. She plays a key role in building our global network of professionals and is instrumental in developing our tech stack, which provides additional value to our partners.
Rusudan, who joined our team in June 2024, also works closely with our leadership team and other departments to generate ideas that can develop synergies and enhance the engagement experience further.
A business administration graduate of IE University in Madrid, Rusudan became part of our team immediately after finishing her studies, which focused on digital operations and analytics. During her time at the university, she built up an impressive array of experience with numerous companies and setting up her own business.
She was the Co-Founder and COO of Reciprocities, an award-winning online platform for students to exchange housing for internships abroad, short-term holidays, and exchange programs.
Rusudan has also previously worked with PwC, the United Nations Development Program and IE University among others, giving her experience in a host of professional settings. Her resume also contains a series of internships, freelance posts and consulting jobs, and she ran multiple university clubs.
