Hyphen is delighted to announce we have appointed Chiara Anzovino as Head of Consultant Placements, strengthening our Client Partnerships team. 

Chiara joins our A-team after a spell working as a human capital consultant and brings 14 years of experience in a wide range of top-tier organisations. Her new role will see her lead the provision of staffing resources on new client requests, with a particular emphasis on placing consultants on engagements. 

She will also grow our network of consultants, manage relationships with both clients and consultants, and liaise between the two sides during projects. And Chiara’s wealth of experience could also herald significant benefits for Hyphen across a host of different areas, including business development, human resources, and network management.

Hyphen is expanding its service offerings to clients and is increasing in scale, so Chiara’s appointment will guarantee that clients and consultants keep getting the best experience during their engagements. 

Based in Dubai, Chiara has also served as Chief People Officer for global marketing and communications agency Wunderman Thompson; Director of HR, Business Development and Marketing for boutique consulting firm Makeen Advisors; and has had senior roles with professional services giants McKinsey & Company and Monitor Group over the course of her career.
