Christina Kae joins Hyphen as an Operations Support Specialist

16.04.2024

We are delighted to announce that Christina Kae has joined our A-team as an Operations Support Specialist.

Christina’s arrival will help us respond even quicker to the needs of our on-site contractors and give us greater capacity to help more professionals prepare for their engagements. Her role will see her aid contractors with project support, including vetting and offboarding processes, and travel and accommodation needs. She will also undertake various behind-the-scenes duties that will enable our A-team to function more efficiently and boost the stakeholder experience.

Adaptability, organisation and client-focused mentality are just some of the skills that make her perfect for this role. She also brings additional operations management skills to our team, having acquired these earlier in her career.

Christina was with our team during our recent co-working retreat in Rome, Italy – which is where she is based – and enjoyed the opportunity to meet the full team in person.

“I was inspired to join Hyphen when I learned how international the team is but also the fact that the company was founded on principles that I also highly value, including empathy and building perfect partnerships,” said Christina.

“What excites me most about this position is that this role will utilise many qualities and aspects that I developed in past positions, aspects that I really enjoyed and wanted to build upon – like providing excellent customer service to help grow and develop partnerships with individuals across the globe to pave the way for continuous growth and development.”

Christina’s most recent role saw her serve as the International Admissions Advisor for Rome Business School, a post she took up in September 2022. Prior to this, she worked as a clinical supervisor for much of a four-year stint with American healthcare company Kaleida Health.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University at Buffalo and a master’s degree in food studies from the American University of Rome.

Welcome to Hyphen, Christina!
