Hyphen is delighted to welcome Dora Lakatos to our ever-expanding A-team as she takes up the role of Business Analyst. 

Dora will play a valuable role in a variety of areas, such as working on strategic projects, HR and recruiting, and other internal projects. As the company evolves, her flexibility and ability to operate across various functions of the business will help us to develop the infrastructure we need to scale up without compromising on quality. 

Our recent co-working trip allowed us to map out our vision of where Hyphen is going and Dora bolstering our A-team will help us to reach our goals quicker with her work behind the scenes. 

Dora joins Hyphen after a year of working in Budapest for the British Council, an international organisation promoting cultural relations and educational opportunities. Having started there in customer service, she soon took the role of Operations and Programmes Support Coordinator, which saw her work in finance, HR and administrative functions, giving her a well-rounded range of experience. 

She has also completed an MA in International Relations at the Central European University as well as taking part in the Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program with Bard College in the USA. Dora also has a degree in Sociology with Human Rights from the University of Essex. 

She said: “I believe the past few years have particularly highlighted the importance of expert opinion in all areas of life. I am excited to join Hyphen because I would love to contribute to building an international society which prioritises informed decision-making.”
