Hyphen continued its pursuit of engagement excellence by examining the latest cutting-edge HR technology at a major European conference.

Kamila Potočárová scoured exhibition stalls, networked with industry experts and tech innovators, and listened to speeches from leading professionals at last week’s HR Technology Conference and Exposition Europe in Amsterdam. 

The two-day event, which attracted more than 2,000 attendees, enabled our Product and Innovation Manager to explore opportunities to assess what is already on the market from companies around the world. 

Kamila was also able to see firsthand where our own digital assets might sit within the marketplace and gather invaluable insights into what types of services are in demand. 

Her attendance comes as work continues at pace behind the scenes on several new resources that will benefit our clients and professional partners. 

More than 80 sessions took place in the Dutch capital across a rich and diverse schedule, offering plenty of food for thought on how to effectively utilise technology in the modern workplace. 

Kamila’s feedback will play an important role in looking at how we develop our tech stack in a way that provides value and leads to more effective engagements for both sides of the Hyphen. Our first digital solution is now in the testing phase and will be released later this year.
