These are just some of the topics discussed by our HR Associate Dora Lakatos as she lifted the lid on Hyphen life in a new testimonial.

Having occupied three different roles since joining us last year, Dora has a unique perspective to share. Originally a Business Analyst and then employed in our Business Development team, she now looks after our HR functions – making this post particularly useful for would-be members of our A-team.

In it, she reveals what she believes sets Hyphen apart, what characteristics recruits should have, and how we help our staff be more.

“There is such a strong sense of trust with each other, we just have a good time when we are together,” Dora noted in the Q&A. “We are still growing as a company and our team is getting bigger as a result, but that sense of camaraderie is one thing we are particularly keen to preserve.”
