Financial Controller
Faith Gabriel
Faith is responsible for directing all of Hyphen’s financial and accounting operations. Her remit includes managing financial reporting, preparing budgets, optimising and improving processes, ensuring compliance policies are being met and taking control of all other financial aspects of company strategy.
She works closely with other departments, most notably Operations and Technology, to advance our data and financial infrastructure. Faith was part of the working group that led to the creation of our timekeeping, invoicing and expenses solution Chronos, and collaborated with a team from HSBC as part of an award-winning project that culminated with an upgrade to our cash management solution.
An experienced financial manager and accountant, Faith joined us in September 2023 and worked as a Senior Finance Specialist before being promoted to Financial Controller in late 2025.
Faith has more than 10 years of accounting and finance expertise, having worked for some of the world’s biggest companies, including energy giant ExxonMobil, multinational consumer goods company BAT and global financial services firm KPMG, among others. She joined us from digital insights and analytics startup Hotjar, where she worked as a Financial Reporting and Control Accountant for a year.
Faith earned her degree in accounting and finance at the University of Ilorin, and she is a member of CIMA.
