Kamila Potočárová
Kamila’s duties include managing complex projects, developing client relationships and overseeing operations, as well as running our corporate training service offering. She has a proven track record of project leadership and strategic thinking, and collaborates closely with clients and professional partners to develop optimal outcomes.
In her current role, Kamila provides senior leadership by combining client engagement with strategic delivery. She ensures client objectives are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions by guiding project teams, shaping proposals and maintaining high standards of execution. Kamila also supports business development, helps clients navigate challenges, and contributes to the growth and direction of the company.
Our longest-serving full-time team member, Kamila joined as an Associate in June 2020 and then later became our Product and Innovation Manager. In that role, she was instrumental in the development of our timesheet, invoicing and expenses platform Chronos, and also actively drove cross-functional collaboration between Technology, Operations and Design teams to scale-up Hyphen.
With a deep understanding of our business and vision, she has previously supported various functions, including business development, service delivery and HR, and acquired experiences in areas as varied as process design, tech scouting, and digitalisation.
Prior to joining Hyphen, Kamila gained experience at international public and private sector organisations, such as Oxford Analytica, Habitat for Humanity International, the Slovak Embassy to Washington DC, and Explico. Kamila has studied at numerous institutions across New York, Washington DC, Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia and received her master’s degree in international relations from Central European University.
