Finance Specialist
Efeoghene
Efeoghene is a Finance Specialist, having initially joined in November 2025 before becoming a permanent member of the team in early 2026.
Her role spans the full finance cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, contractor payments and management reporting. She plays a central role in month-end reporting and audit support, while also managing day-to-day financial operations and client billing processes.
Efeoghene works closely with the Client Partnerships team to track and validate resourcing and contractual commitments across engagements, ensuring that projects are correctly set up and that invoicing and payments run smoothly. She is also involved in the ongoing development of the proprietary Chronos platform, collaborating with Technology colleagues to refine timesheet, invoicing and expense workflows.
Before joining Hyphen, Efeoghene built her experience across a range of organisations, from large global businesses to startups. Her background includes roles at THG, the global e-commerce company and owner of Myprotein; DKT International, a leading international women's health organisation operating across multiple continents; and TTP, a tech start-up tackling urban infrastructure challenges in one of Africa’s largest economies.
Throughout her career she has moved between highly specialised roles and broader, more varied positions - an experience that has sharpened both her technical expertise and her ability to see the bigger picture, giving her a well-rounded command of finance across both strategic and operational dimensions.
She studied at the University of Lincoln, is currently working towards the Strategic Level of the CIMA qualification, and lives in the UK.
