Hyphen is pleased to introduce Efeoghene, who has joined the team as a Finance Specialist. 

Efeoghene brings both further capacity and capabilities to our finance function, with years of experience across a diverse range of high-impact organisations. 

Working under Head of Finance Faith Gabriel, her role sees her process payments, liaise with clients over invoicing, and lead our month-end activities — including contractor payments, payroll and management reports. She also supports the Client Partnerships team in tracking and validating contracting and resourcing commitments, and collaborates with technology colleagues on the continued development of the Chronos timesheet, invoicing and expenses tool. 

“This job is both challenging and exciting — it pushes me to develop while giving me exposure to the full finance cycle. I’m enjoying getting to do everything, from accounts payable and receivable to management reporting and audits, which really broadens my experience.” 

Having first joined in an interim capacity in 2025, Efeoghene has now become a permanent member of the team. She has previously worked with Faith, which has helped her acclimatise to the role quickly, and has established strong connections with the rest of the Hyphen team after spending time with them during the Abu Dhabi co-working retreat.  

Her experience spans some of the world’s most recognisable businesses including THG, the global e-commerce powerhouse behind some of the world’s biggest consumer brands, DKT International, a leading international women’s health organisation operating across multiple continents; and TTP, a tech start-up tackling urban infrastructure challenges in one of Africa’s largest economies.

Throughout her career she has moved between highly specialised roles and broader, more varied positions — an experience that has sharpened both her technical expertise and her ability to see the bigger picture. Across these roles she has developed expertise well beyond transactional finance, encompassing financial analytics, treasury operations, cash management, management reporting and audit. 

After working in businesses of all shapes and sizes, Efeoghene is enjoying the breadth of responsibility and the opportunity to contribute across the full finance cycle within a growing organisation. 

“Everybody wants to support you – no matter the level of whoever it is, even at the very top – so it’s been really nice working with them,” she said of her experience with the team so far. “We’re always trying new things and improving processes, which is something I really value and which excites me.”
