Olgierd manages complex projects, develops client relationships and oversees operations as part of his wide-ranging duties. As one of our longest-serving team members, his experience is vital to ensuring our experts, consultants, and clients enjoy the best possible engagement experience.

In this role, Olgierd provides senior leadership by combining client engagement with strategic delivery. He ensures client objectives are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions by guiding project teams, shaping proposals and maintaining high standards of execution. The latter saw him design, develop and execute internal processes and ensure our logistical and operational functions run efficiently.

He also takes pride in helping others to realise their potential, and his work makes Hyphen the best it can be. He provides guidance and feedback to junior members of our A-team and offers valuable input that assists other teams on their projects.

Based in Poland, Olgierd obtained seven years of experience with NGOs in his homeland before joining our team. He coordinated the communications for the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) for two-and-a-half years, and then worked for the Center for European Policy Analysis for five years, focusing on the Warsaw office’s programming and development.

Olgierd is also an expert in cybersecurity education and disinformation analysis and has authored several internationally recognised reports. He has also conducted educational workshops focusing on cyber-hygiene and deepfake technology in conjunction with the US Embassies in the CEE region.
