Hyphen is pleased to announce an important leadership transition, with Michael Savolainen taking sole control of the business and the role of Managing Director.

Alongside this, after more than seven years guiding the firm’s development, Dr Erhan Ermis and Avinash Nandakumar will leave Hyphen effective 30 November.

They have played a central role in establishing Hyphen as a leading advisory firm with deep expertise in Switzerland, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Azerbaijan.

Hyphen is continuing to build on its core strength of delivering on expert-led, cross-functional advisory projects, while also expanding its range of new offerings, including consulting skills training, AI training and executive leadership programmes.

With a strong presence across Switzerland, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Azerbaijan, Hyphen remains committed to delivering practical impact and helping clients translate strategy into results.
