Hyphen hires Rusudan Topuria as Client Partnerships Associate

We are excited to announce entrepreneur and consultant Rusudan Topuria has joined our Client Partnerships team as an Associate.
Rusudan brings a diverse range of digital, leadership and analytical skills to our team and her hiring will enable us to better explore and capitalise upon business opportunities. Her contributions to the team include supporting service provision to clients, proactively building both our global network and tech stack, and acting as a key liaison with clients and professional partners.
Working closely with our senior leadership team as well as her Client Partnerships colleagues, she will also have the opportunity to share her input on other aspects of the business.
Rusudan has accumulated a diverse range of skills throughout her career to date, having worked with a wide array of jobs and internships during university. Now she is excited to utilise her talents with us in a role that will offer her the variety she craves.
“I heard about Hyphen through my university job posting board and when I saw the company profile and then read more about it, I liked it more and more,” she said. “I loved it even more after the first interview – there’s a real growth mindset and I won’t just be sticking to one thing, which is important to me.
“Reading through the description of the company values, I loved the pure raw honesty of it and when you look through the rest of the team and where they are from, you see there is real diversity here.”
Rusudan, who hails from Georgia, instantly bolsters the team from both a talent and capacity perspective. She joined us in Ericeira last week for our second co-working retreat of 2024, taking part in a host of intensive introductory sessions to help her get up to speed and make an instant impact.
Soon to graduate from IE University with a degree in business administration that concentrated on digital operations and analytics, Rusudan has built up an impressive collection of experiences during her time in Madrid. She was the Co-Founder and COO of Reciprocities, an award-winning online platform for students to exchange housing for internships abroad, short-term holidays, and exchange programs.
She has previously worked with PwC, the United Nations Development Program and IE University among others, giving her experience in a host of professional settings. Her resume also contains a series of internships, freelance posts and consulting jobs, and she ran multiple university clubs.
Welcome to Hyphen, Rusudan!
