Hyphen has successfully delivered its first executive development programme for mid-career professionals, marking a significant expansion of our upskilling offering. 

A major public sector employer in the Middle East engaged our team to design and deliver intensive training on executive delivery skills. Three accomplished facilitators with ample experience providing comprehensive upskilling programmes led the five-day programme for a 20-strong group, who also sharpened their strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership communication skills. 

The expansion builds on the successful launch of our training initiative in 2024, which began with consulting skills development for early-career professionals and has received extremely positive feedback.
