Lilas will work across multiple departments to support us as we continue to shape the future of work, with an initial focus on helping our Business Development team. Her duties will include aiding with proposal writing and dealing with staffing queries.  

Based in Dubai, Lilas has already acquired experience in several different corporate environments which could help us as we continue to build the Hyphen of the future.  

She joins from Middle East restaurant industry procurement startup Kaso, where she worked for 18 months, earning the title of Senior Growth Associate.  

“From the first interaction with the team, I have been in awe with the culture Hyphen represents,” said Lilas, who has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
