HR Associate
Dora Lakatos
Dora is our HR Associate and ensures everything is always amazing for our A-team. She splits her time between developing and optimising our HR initiatives for the long-term good and helping our team with invaluable behind-the-scenes work on a day-to-day basis.
As well as playing a prominent part in adding new faces to our A-team in a recruitment capacity, Dora has also worked hard on our learning and development strategy, reviewed our benefits structure, and revised our HR policies. She is also responsible for much of the organisation of our quarterly co-working retreats, which bring our remote-first team together.
Dora’s time with us has seen her occupy a number of different roles and explore various parts of our business. Having initially joined us in July 2022 as a Business Analyst, she soon pivoted and became an Associate within our Client Partnerships team just three months later. As well as playing an important role with our CP team, Dora contributed to the development of our HR practices for months before assuming her current role in August 2023.
Dora joined us from the British Council in Budapest, where she worked for a year. She also has an MA in International Relations from Central European University, took part in the Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program with Bard College in the USA, and has a degree in Sociology with Human Rights from the University of Essex. She currently splits her time between Hungary and Gambia.
