An experienced financial manager and auditor comfortable dealing with significant levels of responsibility, Magdalena will run this important area of the business and will play a key role in improving our digital infrastructure, processes and operations. Her remit includes managing financial reporting, preparing budgets, optimising and improving processes, ensuring compliance policies are being met and taking control of all other financial aspects of company strategy. 

As Hyphen continues to expand and looks to change the future of work, having talented people working to ensure that clients and contractors get the best possible experience is important. Magdalena’s background and financial management experience make her a huge asset and the right person to help us on our journey. 

Magdalena joins Hyphen after three-and-a-half years as Head of Finance at Polish mobile game publisher Gamesture. Prior to this, she worked as a Finance Manager for three years for aviation and aerospace firm IAG GBS, which she joined after nine years with KPMG Poland. 

She is ACCA qualified, graduated with a degree in finance and accounting from Krakow University of Economics, and has shown an entrepreneurial side by co-founding Patyna, a boutique online marketplace for vintage furniture and décor, in 2015.
