Hyphen’s contribution to the design and implementation of a new data analysis and forecasting model for a bank in the GCC region is the subject of a new case study. 

Our client will benefit from improved information quality, collation and analysis among other things, thanks to the tailored output of our professional partner. The forecasting capabilities of the infrastructure could also help the bank strengthen revenue generation opportunities. 

Work extended beyond the development of the system as our expert then provided training and after-project support for system users at the bank to make sure they could maximise value when using the model. 

The collaboration, which finished earlier this year, is another example of our commitment to supporting partners in the Middle East, which is one of our key markets. It also marks our latest intervention in the fintech sector and publication of the case study comes just weeks after the completion of the first Saudi-Swiss Fintech Forum, which we helped bring together.
