New case study: Consulting skills development supplemented by innovative AI element in new tailored training programme

A cutting-edge training programme that adds an AI component to conventional consulting skills development could transform the way organisations upskill their workforces.
More than 50 employees of a major public sector organisation in the GCC region have given outstanding feedback on the course, which has taken place over three sessions in late 2024. Following the success of the initial offerings, additional training sessions are planned for this year, with course options also expanding.
The programme combined artificial intelligence (AI) training with sessions on various consulting skills to create a well-rounded workforce suited to the evolving business needs of the 21st century. Training focused on enhancing decision-making, strategic thinking and communication among other areas but with a significant portion of the training devoted to the effective use of next-generation technology solutions.
Feedback from participants – one of whom described the programme as ‘One of the rare courses that keeps on giving after it’s over’ – showed that:
- 91% found the programme to be an “extremely valuable use of their time”.
- 96% said they would recommend the training to colleagues.
- 84% believe the knowledge they gained will be useful in their day-to-day roles.
The initiative, which is flexible and adaptable across industries, marks Hyphen’s first foray into the world of corporate training. Programmes in international relations and other professional disciplines could also be introduced over the coming year.
