Vice-President of Client Partnerships discusses opportunities with stakeholders at world-leading real estate and construction event MIPIM

15.03.2024

Pietro Vecchiato this week met with key players and practitioners in the real estate and construction value chain at a world-leading property event at MIPIM in Cannes.

Government representatives, leaders in charge of large-scale urban development projects, and real estate players joined together for a series of high-profile talks at MIPIM, a four-day event that attracts roughly 27,000 investors and delegates – including our Vice-President of Client Partnerships.

Pietro, who leads Hyphen’s activities in the areas of real estate and construction, attended several sessions discussing innovative approaches for improving productivity and sustainability in these two sectors.

One of these approaches is industrialised construction, a topic Pietro recently discussed at a Stanford University event. This was of particular interest to the leadership teams of several stakeholders, from real estate developers to construction companies, looking for technical expertise capable of progressing real estate programmes from the concept stage towards execution, and delivery.

More than 100 specialist sessions took place on the French Riviera, with a collection particularly focused on megaprojects and construction programmes in Saudi Arabia. Having recently opened a new regional headquarters in the Kingdom, we are keen to build on our existing partnerships in the country during a pivotal stage of its development.

MIPIM was a great opportunity for one of our senior leadership team members to engage with sector leaders and share details of our service offering.
