Hyphen is delighted to announce the promotions of four senior colleagues as we reinforce the depth and capability of our leadership team.

Long-serving team members Kamila Potočárová and Olgierd Syczewski have both been elevated to the position of Associate Principal. Meanwhile, Faith Gabriel has been promoted to Financial Controller, and Christina Kae is our new Senior Operations and Governance Coordinator.

As part of their new responsibilities, they will contribute to company-wide strategic decision-making, support Managing Director Michael Savolainen, and continue to lead the day-to-day running of their departments. These promotions highlight Hyphen’s ongoing investment in experienced leaders who have already played a significant part in shaping the company’s culture, systems and client service.

The appointments follow a period of transitional period at the top of the organisation, with our wider leadership group now taking on greater responsibilities. Their insight and collaboration will help refine priorities, strengthen ways of working and ensure Hyphen remains well positioned to support clients and colleagues in the next chapter of its development.
