Chiara Anzovino

Chiara is a Principal and leads the Placements arm of our Client Partnerships team. Exceptional at identifying elite talent, she is key to ensuring the right specialists are sourced for client engagements.

With more than 14 years of experience in human capital management, she is responsible for directing the provision of staffing resources on new client requests, with a particular emphasis on placing consultants on engagements.

Growing our network of consultants, managing relationships with both clients and consultants, and liaising between the two sides during projects all fall under her remit and she also contributes to other business development, human resources, and network management activities.

Dubai-based Chiara joined Hyphen in September 2022 after a stint working as a human capital consultant. Prior to that, she served as Chief People Officer for global marketing and communications agency Wunderman Thompson; Director of HR, Business Development and Marketing for boutique consulting firm Makeen Advisors; and has held senior roles with professional services firms McKinsey & Company and Monitor.
