Operations Support Coordinator
Eliza Korzeniewska
Eliza Korzeniewska is our Operations Support Coordinator and joined Hyphen in September 2022.
Her role sees her liaise with professionals over the lifespan of engagements and she ensures they can operate as effectively as possible. Eliza’s duties include vetting subcontractors, working on contracting processes, coordinating subcontractors' travel and accommodation, and database administration. She also helps to expand our network of vendors and collaborators on the ground, and is invaluable in orchestrating additional support services for engaged professionals.
As well as all that she does on a day-to-day basis, Eliza contributes to the improvement of internal processes by facilitating collaborations between our Operations and IT teams. She also plays a vital role in organising our co-working retreats.
Eliza earned her black belt in customer service and multitasking in the tourism industry. Since 2013, she has worked as a freelance tour manager across Europe and a city guide in the Polish capital of Warsaw. Additionally, she spent two years during the Covid-19 pandemic providing office administration services to several legal clients of her own.
She has a degree in applied linguistics from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in human resources management from Koźmiński University.
