Hyphen is pleased to announce Eliza Korzeniewska has joined our A-team as our new Operations Support Coordinator. 

Eliza’s arrival will boost our Operations team as we look to improve the level of support we provide to both clients and contractors. This will include vetting subcontractors, working on contracting processes and database administration, and liaising with various project stakeholders. Her role will also involve working behind the scenes to support our Technology team as we look to continue developing our IT infrastructure. 

During our recent co-working retreat in Finland, we discussed our aims for the next quarter and are confident that adding Eliza to the team will help us complete those and continue to develop as a business. 

Eliza has a real entrepreneurial side and first-rate interpersonal skills and brings a wealth of experience from a variety of roles and industries, which will be a huge asset to Hyphen. As well as providing office administration services to several legal clients of her own over the last two years, she has worked as a freelance tour manager across Europe and a city guide in Warsaw, Poland since 2013.  

Armed with a degree in applied linguistics from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in human resources management from Koźmiński University, she will be able to make a significant impact in a number of areas with her diligence and organisation skills. 

She said: “Joining Hyphen is a tremendous opportunity for me, and I am looking forward to this new chapter in my career. To be part of such a talented team doing interesting things means this was a role I could not pass up and I look forward to using my array of skills to help the company as it continues to grow.
