Head of Strategic Business Development
Güneş Aydoğan
Güneş is our Head of Strategic Business Development. He plays a key role in establishing long-term partnerships with clients around the world and driving opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Having acquired seven years of high-level experience in the world of financial services prior to joining us, Güneş will work closely with our leadership team. Part of his role will be to establish and manage long-term partnerships with key clients to ensure everyone gets the most out of their engagements.
Güneş, who is based in Turkey, joined our A-team in July 2023. Prior to working with us, he rapidly ascended the career ladder at Mastercard Data and Services, ultimately earning the position of Data Strategy Director, EEMEA Regional Lead.
For the first six years of that stint, he was a strategy consultant for the Advisors Consulting arm. This saw him take an active role in financial projects covering more than 10 countries in the EMEA region. In addition to his work on financial information, he also managed data engagments with some of the region’s largest merchants, spanning several different verticals.
He holds a degree in business administration from Turkey’s Middle East Technical University which included a one-year exchange programme at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands.
