Improvements to our Finance team’s tech stack mean they can manage timesheet, expense and invoicing review and approval processes more efficiently than ever before, benefitting ourselves and our contractors during the busy month-end period.

Chronos also gives the team a superior overview of what has been done and what is yet to be completed, which makes planning easier ahead of particularly busy periods, such as month- and quarter-ends. Invoice tracking functionality, information access, and data quality have all improved, giving the team a clearer picture of how things are progressing in real time.

Automation and streamlining have helped Chronos users by simplifying key tasks and they have cut down on the volume of manual work our team deals with. Its quick and easy submission process and built-in chat function have also combined to enable us to address contractor issues more swiftly. Chronos has also improved the organisation and storage of information for individual engagements.

Feedback from our Finance team played a key role in shaping Chronos and now it is paying dividends, as Magdalena Dziurzyńska, our Head of Finance, explained.
